TikTok Giveaways

1. From time to time, SoCal Lit will run a Giveaway where eligible entrants will have the opportunity to shop at SoCal Lit up to a designated amount for free if they are selected as the winner of the giveaway!
2. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors.
3. Entry does not require a payment or a purchase of any kind. To enter the Sweepstakes, an Entrant must have a TikTok account. If you do not have a TikTok account you may create one for free by visiting www.tiktok.com. By submitting your information and creating an account, you agree to the terms of use and privacy policy of TikTok. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy policy, you cannot create an account or participate in this Giveaway. SoCal Lit may not receive Entries from TikTok users with "private" updates (i.e., Entrant has set his or her account so that only people the Entrant has approved can view his or her updates.) If Entrant is using his or her mobile device to enter, charges, including message and data rates, may apply. Entrants should consult their wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans.  
4. Giveaway Winner(s)  is/are selected randomly based on entry rules and are final.  No appeal process is allowed.  SoCal Lit will have the sole option to finalize and certify the Winner(s) of Giveaways. 
5. In order to enter the giveaway, please review all the requirements in the giveaway communication.  This giveaway is open to all US and Canadian residents only. 
6. Because this is a giveaway, there are no returns or exchanges, so please make sure you double check the product, color or sizes. You can always contact us if you have any questions at customercare@socallit.com.
7. Winners will be posted on our website and/or social media sites.  Winners will also be contacted via social media messaging.  Once you are notified, you will have no more than 7 calendar days to complete your purchase of SoCal Lit products up to the amount of the giveaway.  If you would like to purchase more, simply pay the difference.  Yes, shipping is on us. 
8. All SoCal Lit Giveaways do not have a cash or monetary value.  You may only exchange the giveaway dollar amount for products costs listed on SoCal Lit website if you are selected as the Giveaway Winner. 
9. TikTok and any other social media are not responsible, are not part of in any way, or do not endorse this Giveaway. 
10. SoCal Lit is not responsible for any issues whatsoever that arise from participating in Giveaways in any way.  The maximum liability for SoCal Lit to Giveaway Winners will be the amount of the Giveaway in the form of Products sold on SoCal Lit websites.
